Everyone on staff was professional, efficient, and they were extremely familiar with the unique venue layout which helped ease a lot of our concerns. Sterling was so wonderful to work with for my wedding a few weeks back. The food was delicious (they even let us create us our own appetizer that wasn’t on their menu), the bartending was phenomenal too (they also followed my own recipe for the specialty cocktails). Sterling catered our daughters wedding. The food was excellent! We had numerous comments about how amazing the chicken and beef were!...even the vegetables and potatoes were a hit! People loved the food so much, we ran out of some of the sides! Sterling set everything, passed drinks and appetizers for the champagne greet and the cocktail hour. Sterling events catered our wedding at Villa Antonia, and our coordinator was Emily. The process was straightforward, and Emily was INCREDIBLE!! I loved how she was our contact for the venue, coordinating, and catering, which really simplified the planning process. She is very personable and professional, and when our toasts ran longer than planned and were cutting into our dance time, she saved the night by politely taking the microphone (after asking my permission)!
